Information we collect
We collect only what you send us. If you submit the contact form, that means your name, email address, and any company name, project type, budget range and message you choose to include. We do not ask for, and have no use for, anything beyond that.
How we use it
Your information is used to reply to your enquiry and to have the conversation that follows. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It stores two preferences in your browser's local storage — your chosen language and your chosen colour theme — so the site looks the same when you return. Both stay on your device and are never transmitted to us.
Third-party services
Contact form submissions are delivered through a third-party form service, and the site is served by a static hosting provider. Both may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the request and to protect against abuse. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font provider receives a request from your browser.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry correspondence is kept only while it is useful to the conversation and any resulting engagement. You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it — email us and we will act on it.
Contact and changes
Questions about this policy, or requests relating to your information, can be sent to the email address in the site footer. If this policy changes materially we will update the date shown above. This document is a general-purpose starting point and should be reviewed against the jurisdictions DevGorithm operates in before launch.
